This
is Piepie. He follows us like a dog and can almost talk. He did not
start out really as our cat, but belonged to our neighbors before he decided
three years ago he wanted to stay with us. He was kind of wild then, but now
loves to sleep on my lap all day. He can do tricks, like catching nibbles
with his paw or in his mouth.
Piepie is not active at all. He prefers to sleep all day, especially close to
me. In Summer he sleeps in the garden near the gnome. He responds to certain
words very well. He hates other cats and can't stand them being in our
garden. He recognizes the sound of our car and when we park the car, he comes
to greet us. He hates people at the door or strangers in the house. He is
very afraid of big sounds, plastic bags and crying babies. He loves to play
with my knitting needles or measuring tape. And I love him!
