||One year old|
||Chicago, Illinois, USA|
was a rescued barn kitten and found her furrever home with us
through petfinder.com in May 2014. I've always wanted a ginger kitty since I
was a little girl and saw "The Adventures of Milo and Otis," so we drove
almost two hours for Savannah. After we adopted her, we learned that orange
female tabbies are pretty uncommon. About 80% of orange tabby cats are male.
Savannah is the absolute most loving cat I've ever had and never leaves my
side. She follows me everywhere, and always wants my attention. She is such a
chatterbox, and never stop purring. Some funny things about Savannah: she's a
pro at cat fishing on the iPad, and she has watched "Milo & Otis" with me.
She has many doglike traits, including chewing the heck out of boxes, and she
loves drowning her mouse & bird toys in our pet fountain. She's a treasure!
