He
was classic greek refugee: intelligent, smart, and of good character, but
without any future in his country. He sat in our front door of our holiday
home in Aghiocampos/Thessalia and wept. He jumped in our travelling lugagge
and insisted he would come with us. We brought him to a friend of my wife,
she was an animal doctor in Larissa. He got a visa and a Greek European
passport, and only one day later we arrived together in Germany.
Now, seven months later, Tiberius is the best male cat in our neighborhood. Our
old girl cat Agrippina did not love him in the beginning, but Tiberius has a
special skill to convince everyone ... and now they are friends!
