I
brought Lexi home from a local shelter when she was eight weeks old. All of her
littermates were adorable, but when I picked Lexi up, she would not stop
nuzzling my nose. That remains the one and only time she did that. I believe
she did it so I would bring her home, and it worked!
Lexi is the smartest, sweetest and funniest cat I think I've ever had.
Watching her jump way up in the air to catch (and then eat) a fly is
hysterical. And she is always there for me with her unconditional love, when
I've had a bad day or am not feeling good. She will snuggle up next to me on
my bed and oftentimes rest her paw on my arm as if to say, It's all gonna be
ok Mom! You can find her most days sleeping on her pink blanket or in her
carrier, LOL. She hates that thing when its time for a vet visit but
otherwise likes to sleep in it. You've gotta love cat logic!
