Where
do I begin? Ben-Gal was once a kitty who desperately needed a family to
love her and give her lots of attention. She has given my son and I the most
love and laughs and challenges of any cat we have loved. She is extremely
skittish, not liking loud or sudden noises, hates the doorbell and knocks on
the door and it has taken years for her to be seen my strangers. She has been
a great friend and companion for me during the day and a playmate with my son
in the evenings.
In 2011 we had to put down her beloved friend and playmate, Cuddles. I have
included a photo of her lying beside Cuddles' grave keeping watch over her
for over an hour each day. This was a precious experience for us to watch, we
will never forget it. She loves to hide under any cover or blanket, as it
makes her feel secure. She also likes boxes! I could go on and on, but at the
end of the day she is our baby girl whom we cherish every day!
