Jinx
is a fluffy, well-behaved, but super playful kitten. She's definitely an
individual, and loves nearly anyone whom she encounters.
Jinx is our first calico, and the first cat my girlfriend and I got together.
She had always wanted a cat, and was thinking of getting a senior one, though
was happy that I convinced her to get a kitten because then she'd be with the
cat longer, and would get to see all of the stages with her, though we both
really already miss the kitten stage because she was extremely adorable.
She's quite curious and likes to butt her head in everywhere, especially when
you're busy. She likes to cuddle, though on her own terms, if you pick her up
for snuggles, you've only got a good thirty seconds before she starts
wiggling for escape. It's much better if you let her come to you, and as long
as you don't over-do the petting, she'll be content to sit on your lap for
hours. She loves to meet new people and rather likes to be the center of
attention. We've only had her for a year now, and look forward to many more with her.
