Neo
was rescued by the Animal Friends Humane Society on Valentine's Day and
truly has become a part of the family! He had gone through surgery to remove
a third eyelid in his right eye when he was a baby and is our second cat
after first other cat Spunkey passed away. Cat, unlike people, have a third
eyelid, the nictitating membrane, that closes from the side and appears when
the cat's eyelid opens. His was causing him trouble, so it was removed.
We knew right away that this kitty was one-of-a-kind and he has brought
nothing but sweetness to our home. Neo loves to play with his favorite toy (a
feather on a stick) and, frankly, anything else in sight.
Neo is outgoing, friendly and very affectionate. We love him very much!
