Princess
Poppycat, Poppy for short, has always been so special to all of her
owners but now she's our special little wonder cat,in June last year she had
an accident with a car and we wasn't sure if she was going to make it
home,she was in the vets for nearly two weeks and all the vets fell in love
with her. She lost feeling in her legs and had to have her tail removed. When
she came home she was still unable to move her back legs and had nerve damage
we all had to nurse her back to health, Poppy realized how much she needed us
and we realized how much we needed her! Seven months on, Poppy is back to her
normal self and playing with her brother.
Poppy is a very affectionate cat, she loves having her fur brushed while
sitting on your lap, she also loves her head and chin scratched. She is very
playful, her favorite game at the moment is to chase her laser toy, but she
also likes her new feather toy and she has just mastered getting treats out
of the treat ball. She is also very good at hide and seek, and will have us
looking everywhere for her. For a treat Poppy loves ham and Dreamies but for
a special treat she'll get some fresh salmon.
Poppy loves watching the birds, she often lies on her cat grass on the window
tweeting as they fly by, especially when she has the sun on her. Poppy loves
hunt and has a mean bop, we call this the Poppy bop! Poppy has a quirky
little personality and she always seems to to planning her next move. Even
though she squabbles with her brother, they both would be lost without each
other, though she likes to remind him who's boss.
