One
of the many things that make Prince special is his story. Last April I
heard meowing in a parking structure and looked around and under my car, but
saw no cat. The meowing stopped and I got in my car and drove on the highway
for 30 minutes. When I parked I heard another quiet meow. I looked around and
under my car again, but still saw no cat. I thought I was losing my mind. I
ran some errands, got back in my car, began driving again and heard loud
meowing coming from the front of my car. I parked immediately, called for
help and found little Prince hiding under the hood miraculously unharmed (the
baby pic of him is from after the rescue). I fell in love with him at first
sight and knew that we were meant to be together.
Prince is a very affectionate and playful boy. He loves to go for walks while
wearing his harness and loves to wear clothes (he purrs loud when I put them
on him), which I now know are rather unusual for a cat. He also loves to get
his tummy pet and play tag. He needs a little more attention than the average
cat, but that could be because he was forced to fend for himself at such a
young age. I am more than happy to provide him with all of the extra love and
attention that he needs! His time fending for himself also turned him into an
excellent hunter and he frequently demonstrates his expert hunting skills on
his toy mice and any unwanted bugs that enter our home. Prince is a magical
and wonderful cat that brings joy and love to everyone that he interacts
with. I am very lucky to have him.
