Lucci
was born on May 5, 2011 in Bavaria and got the name Parzival from my
cousin. He belonged to the litter of my cousin's cat, but since she has a lot
of cats, she gave a part of the litter away. Actually we did not want a new
cat at tha time, but my Father had immediately fallen in love with the face
and big eyes of Lucci. That's why we got him when he was two months old. But
I was the one who determined his name should be Lucci.
Now, after more than three years he has been with us, a lot has changed with
Lucci. He behaves mostly like a dog. He can do a few tricks, too, like 'give
paw,' 'sit,' 'lie,' 'fetch,' 'come here' and 'beg.' And he has a hobby of
laying on and in everything possible and I'm serious. Things on which he has
been: my laptop, the keyboard of my laptop, my father's old car, my father's
new car, the roof (it's not a flat roof, either) and the TV (fortunately it
is not a flat screen TV). Things in which he has climbed include various
bags, cases, boxes, buckets, once even a trash can!
It's funny to find Lucci in different places over and over again, especially
because he starts to squeak when you find him. It's very rare that he meows.
In most cases, he really squeaks like a guinea pig.
Lucci is not very shy and he likes to be with other people and animals. But
he doesn't like to be together with other cats. Despite the many flaws and
untypical behavior that Lucci has I love him beyond all measure and would not
give him up for anything in the world.
