Pepper
was adopted from an animal shelter in San Pedro, California. She was very shy,
when we saw her, she was hardly six weeks old and was found down by the docks.
The shelter employee could not even pick up Pepper - as she was too afraid.
My boyfriend was the only one she would let pick her up, so we knew she was
the cat for us.
To this day, she is still shy, but she has really turned around. She has big,
round green eyes, which tend to always make her look like she is shocked and
surprised. She loves her sister cats, and will let us hold and cuddle her -
even if just for a few minutes. She loves to eat and watch the goings-on
outside through the window. Her favorite pastimes are chasing the other two
cats, play wrestling, and sleeping on her Kitty City crinkle mat. She is a
beautiful sweet, shy girl who brings so much happiness to her humans!
