I must say that I'd hardly be alive any longer if I had not gotten Kaiho for myself.
I suffer from clinical depression, and the beginning of autumn this year,
everything went really badly. Friends left me alone at the school and then my
grandmother was abruptly taken to the hospital and eventually died in November.
Kaiho was with me during that time, and he became the only reason
I had to get out of bed each day. There is nothing like a velvet paw saying, "But
mom, you need to get up NOW!" to take care of him, and feed him, and to make
sure I fed myself, too! So during that time, we learned to take care of each other,
and we still do to this day.
He is such a handsome boy, and sits nicely for his photo, too! I really love this cat.
