This
is Shein, or 'Stubs.' He's the cutest little ball of fluff I've ever
met. Back in high school when I was getting over my first teenage love, I was
told I could get a cat of my own. We saw a sign for free kittens and when we
went, all that was left was this small grey and white kitty with a little
stubby tail. Since then he has been my best friend.
Shein is a cuddler, no matter who you are he will come up to you and nuzzle
your neck and sit on you. At night he loves to sleep next to me, I put my arm
around him and we stay like that for most of the night. He can also be such a
goof. Every year without fail he gets stuck in the Christmas tree. This year
he went head first into the top and scooted his way down to the bottom until
he was nestled in the presents. Lucky for him it's a fake tree!
He is also very compassionate. Shein always seems to know when he's needed.
If I'm feeling sad, he will come up, head butt me and lay on my lap purring
till I feel better. He's so complacent too, no matter which way you hold him
(as long as you're not hurting him), he doesn't mind. His favorite is when I
hold him like a baby and rub him tummy. He loves other cats and dogs and
wants to play with them even when they don't want to. And his little stub
tail is super cute, especially when he shakes it around when he's playing!
