Introducing Addy the Adventurer. Her name comes from her very
adventurous personality. She loves meeting new people and is always
purring. She's a rescue ... our big burly mechanics have a soft spot for
animals and asked if we wanted to adopt her from an abandoned litter.
She's super sweet and playful. She loves meeting new people and seems to
get comfortable easily when in new environments or with new people. She
likes to slide down my ankles and feet as a greeting, and often chirps
when she gets excited!
She doesn't know any tricks yet, but she has some funny habits: she
likes to "play drums" on our Maine Coon's back (his name is Spanky) when
he walks by. He's an old cat, probably close to 11 years old, but she
keeps him young. She also hides under our kitchen furniture, and she
likes to paw the food out of her bowl and chase it under the furniture.
She's very chatty, and I think she's learning that from our talkative
cat Spanky. We sure love her!
