Oliver is the youngest of our four pet children and had no trouble making himself at home. He was a neighborhood stray that we happened upon while walking our dog. He ran straight up to us, apparently knowing he had found his crazy cat-lovers at last. As soon as we brought him into our home, he used his litter box and breezily introduced himself to our two other adult male cats. Needless to say, he is now the alpha kitty.
Being part Siamese, Oliver is incredibly agile, vocal, and mischievous. He is also a lover and needs to have his daily "cuddle session." He is, however, far from your average cat. Our dog, Cedar, is just six months his senior and was relieved to finally find a cat friend who would play with him. Because of this, Oliver is quite dog-like in his play.
Oliver's favorite pastime is broadening his culinary horizons. For a stray he has always appeared well-fed, and has made sure to stay that way. While his favorite food is salmon skin, he has remained quite humble and never turns down a helping of dry cat food.
