His Highness King Richard is regal Seal-point Siamese who was rescued along with his foster sister from a hoarder in Wisconsin and secured by the "Siamese Cat Rescue Center" from whom we adopted him at the age of 13 months. He was delivered by The Meezer Express drivers from his foster Mom in Indianapolis to where we met the last driver of his journey.
Richard has a sixth "toe" which he uses like a hand and will take your hand in his as if in greeting. He is still playful and will bring his toys to our bed if he wants to play, even if it happens to be 4:00 am. A favorite pastime is throwing an object down the wooden steps and watching it hit each step, each time making a louder sound. Then he brings it back upstairs and starts the process all over again. After all that work, he loves a long nap in the top of the cat condo which for him is his “castle.” The immense joy he brings to us is worthy of his title of ”King.”
