Smerfetka was my gift for the St Valentine's Day nine years ago. Her mum waited for my return home that day and then began having her kittens. Smerfetka was the weakest of the litter but unique. She grew to be a big, beautiful golden striped girl you see here. She is not a fancy pedigreed cat, just an alley cat by breed, but that does not matter to us.
Smerfetka is cuddly and sweet when she is sleepy, and likes to sleep on my bed with me. She is always patient with me when I have the camera out, and it really seems the camera loves her, with her golden eyes. She is a great cat and I adore her.
