Timmy was rescued from a shelter and I brought him into my home as a foster. We found an adopter for him, but after a couple of weeks, she called and wanted to return him. When he came back to me, he cringed from being touched, and I feared he had suffered some physical abuse. With love and care, he eventually became normal again and his charming personality and funny little quirks stole our heart and he became a foster fail and a permanent member of our family.
As more foster kittens have come and gone through my home, Timmy seems to have recognized them as kindred spirits and has taken on the job of "mothering" them. He plays with them, cuddles with them, washes them and watches over them. Timmy is a unique and special cat who fills our lives with laughter and love. We are blessed to have him.
