Tornado is special because he talks, is wonderful with our kids, and he is very photogenic. He is very loving. He's great company to have around for everyone. He helps me get through the day. He also special since we got him from someone who didn't want him and had no interest in even putting any time and money into him. We got him when he was eleven months old and we are his fourth home and we will be his foorever home.
He has a very affectionate personality but isn't a lap cat. He loves to be more independent. He loves to play in his cat tunnel and play with his feather toy when the kids swing it to play with him. Our three-year-old will say, "Where kitty go?" when playing with him if he hides. When I say, "The kitty cat goes ...," he will then meow. He is affectionate and independent at the same time. He will let you hold him but he will make irritated noises if you hold him too long.
Tornado loves to keep us up all night. He is very talkative to the point he is only quiet if he is sleeping. The kids love him and our two-year-old gives him kissies and our three-year-old loves to play with him and pet him. He loves to eat wet food for breakfast and dry food to follow up right afterwards. He loves to drink out of our kitchen sink instead of his bowl. He also loves to watch the birds out our windows and chatter at them. He sleeps in the same spot every day. I don't know what i would do without him.
We had cats before, but our other cats got loose, each at different times, and we never found them; they never returned. So we got Tornado. Before we decided to get him I was crying myself to sleep because our cats were gone. He has filled the gap and we love him so much. I really don't know what we would do without him.
