Tulip a.k.a. Tutu is a silver spotted tabby with white Scottish Straight. From the day she was born, we knew she would be trouble and since she started walking she has been into anything and everything. From a very young age we found that she liked posing for photos and didn't mind dressing up. While Tulip is still always getting into things, she is also extremely sweet.
A Scottish Straight is a Scottish Fold without the folded ears. They have the same great personality and the same breed standard (round head, large round eyes, well padded body and sweet temperament). Tutu definitely has that sweet temperament but she is also a clown. She loves to create chaos while doing laps in the house with the other cats but then she snuggles up to us. At night she sleeps right next to my head so when she wants some attention, all she has to do is a tap tap on my face or arm.
She is probably one of the best cats we've shared our home with. Because she is very smart I have started clicker training her, this week actually, and she is picking it up really fast. We just started with the basics and she is now touching a couple things when I ask her. I have no idea how far she will go with her clicker training because this is new to both of us. Tulip also love, love, loves to hunt bugs so when her new pink tutu harness comes in, Henry, my three-legged rescue, will teach her the fine art of bug hunting outside on leash. Behind bug hunting she loves the camera. She likes to strike a pose because she also knows it's playtime with some of the best toys ever!!
