Mika's a cat my family adopted from the local humane association when she was just a kitten. A cool fact about Mika is that her mother came from a wild cat colony. When we met her she had been living in a house where the lady had bottle fed her as well as bathed her. That being said, she is very human oriented. She's extremely affectionate and LOVES rolling over to show off her belly. She'll let you pet her belly for hours. She also has an obsession with faucets and showers. She also loves to go out in the rain just to come in an get dried off. Last thunderstorm she did it three times in a row. She goes out, gets wet, then comes in saying "Ehhhph! Ehhph!". She doesn't meow. Instead she goes, "Ehhhph" This makes her sound like a grumpy old woman. XD She doesn't quit making noise until you've made sure to towel dry her belly.
Another thing she loves to do is jump onto the sink or some other high space like a counter and pace in a circle. She starts switching from foot to foot. That's when I know I need to kneel down. Then she jumps (more like limply throws herself) onto my shoulder into a hug. And she makes me sit there hugging her for a good five minutes. Then she just seems to say: "Okay, I'm good. That's enough hugging for one day."
Overall Mika the Magnificent is a ball of fluffy sassiness that knows she's cute enough to get away with just about anything. But then again, aren't all cats?
