Mollie was the second cat that my wife and I had adopted. She was born in the Grant Park Section of Atlanta but found her way to a no-kill shelter in the suburbs. When my wife and I were looking to replace our beloved Bootsie, we found her extending a paw from the front side of a cage and we knew she had picked us.
Over the years we were the lucky ones who Mollie adopted. She was as smart, friendly, and soft as a big ball of cotton. Her fur was so soft. Mollie's favorite trick was to pick up a spongy ball and carry it in her mouth around the house and crying all at the same time! In her early years, we thought she was a dog. The spongy balls could be thrown and return them before dropping the ball in front of the person who threw the ball. Her sweet spirt and disposition will be missed. Mollie, Mom and Dad will love and miss you always!
