Calleigh was born in a clandestine drug lab and rescued by the RCMP. As a result, she has many health issues to overcome. When she was one year old, she caught pneumonia and nearly died.
But for all her health issues, she is a little feisty ball of attitude and a loyal companion. I have anxiety issues, and my friends have jokingly nicknamed her Xanax.
Calleigh is a princess in every sense of the word. She has her entire "staff" trained to her very exacting standards. And forget trying to make her conform to your schedule, she does what she wants when SHE wants to and not before. She loves to snuggle, especially when I'm not feeling well. For a small cat, she has a very loud purr.
She loves playing fetch with her pink Pom Pom on the stairs; as long as a human retrieves it for her. She loves watching old movies on Turner Classic Movies ( Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly and Humphrey Bogart are favourites). She adores NCIS, she thinks the star Mark Harmon is cute. She is also a fashion stylist who believes that every ensemble is improved by cat hair.
