Gizmo is just a baby, but he is the most loving cat I've ever known. He purrs constantly, and never tires of cuddling and taking naps on my lap. Even through being sick, he's been full of love, and he's been taking care of me as much as I've been taking care of him. He's got a really sweet, funny personality. And ... he's absolutely adorable.
I adopted him at the local animal shelter. He was the last one left of his litter! A few days after I brought him home, he came down with an upper respiratory infection (common for shelter kittens) and he's been struggling with that ever since. I've been worried about him because he only weighed a little over one poundm and he was starting to lose weight.
Now Gizmo's finally feeling better and has perked up and started to play again! I grew up with tuxedo kitties, but he's the first cat I've ever adopted for myself. I recently graduated college and moved to a new state for a job. So he is extra special to me.
