Hi, my name is Mongo and it's so nice to meet all of you! My Mommy adopted me from a shelter when I was four months old. Back then I was mostly all white with blue points only on the tips of my ears, nose, and tail - Mommy said I looked like a little arctic fox!
My favorite things to do are eat, sleep, play, lounge in a nice sunspot, and snuggle with my BFF Moosie. Mommy adopted Moosie when I was really lonely after my other two Siamese friends passed away. Moosie and I hang out all the time and we like to groom each other. Sometimes we get carried away and the licking turns into biting and play fighting - and Mommy scolds us saying "Kitties, no bites!" But we're just having fun.
I'm almost 14 years old and my nice vet doctor says I'm a senior, but I still act young and fling around my catnip mousies and wrestle with Moosie. My Mommy talks to me in funny voices and says things like, "Mongy, you're not a senior!" (Sometimes she calls me "Mongy" instead of Mongo.) I also love to sit on Mommy's lap, and when she goes to bed I crawl under the blankets and purr and purr and give her kisses and sometimes little nibbles and cuddle up next to her to keep her warm. Then when she wakes up, I let out little mews and gently pat her face to remind her it's breakfast time!
