Hi! Meet Autumn, my beautiful senior feline. She is my feral rescue and has been a part of our family for thirteen years. She's an indoor kitty and prefers it that way. Autumn, a domestic gray beauty, joined our family when she was about 5 months old. She was born to a feral mom and was caught with a Have a Heart trap with the aid of some smelly, irresistible sardines. She brings joy to our home every day and we love her so much. She's a real sweetie.
From this picture it's easy to see her clipped ear, which identified her as a feral by the vet's office. Her fate was to be spayed, vaccinated and released as a feral. I couldn't let that happen and with the help of a local rescue group, they helped me to acclimate her to life in a house, including life with a dog. I told my husband that it was short term; we would act as foster parents. Well, thirteen years later, she's the queen of our house.
She loves to play with little stuffed animals, drags them around the house and then discards them. We refer to them as her babies. I took the third picture of her with my phone and enhanced it with the Prisma app. She is such a beautiful girl - we love her.
