This is Sam, he turned 16 on July 29. Sam was the baby of two other cats I got that I was told were both female. His mom was very small so I didn't have a lot of notice she was pregnant. Most cats hide when they are giving birth, Molly, Sam's mom came to me and stayed with me during the whole birth and looking for comfort, love, and assurance that she was safe. I lay on the floor and she fell asleep with her head in the palm of my hand. She had just one kitten and this is him. Unfortunately I lost his dad several years ago to Renal failure.
Sam sleeps in bed under the covers and loves feet! He's not any expensive breed, he doesn't do any tricks, but he loves to lay on the ledge at the top of their house/scratching post and sun himself in the afternoon. He looks like he's got eyeliner all around his eyes and although all my cats are very special Sam is a lot like his Dad and is my grand kitty. Every cat lover's cat is special in their eyes, no matter what the rest of the world thinks or sees. Animals are a constant source of companionship, love and entertainment and are more precious than all the worlds riches.
