This beautiful tabby is Harriet and I love her to death. She is a rescue cat I got when she was one and a half years old, and she had been found out on the street. I visited the pet store and she immediately caught my attention, strutting back and forth on her cage bars calling out for affection. I brought her home the next day.
That was a year ago now and today we're old friends. I'll be reading in my chair and she'll announce her presence and leap up in my lap. I'll try hold the book in a different way and she'll jump over and block me from reading. When she wants attention she wants all the attention! She is very affectionate. She loves to chase around her automated laser tower I got for her for Christmas. I think it's good exercise for her. I always look forward to coming home and having her waiting there for me.
