Franky is a senior cat we rescued fourteen years ago and we have no idea how old he was when my mother adopted him. He'd been hanging out in our front yard for months and we had been keeping an eye on him. Then on the last moving day when we were transporting our cats, my mother decided to take him in and to the other house. It was clear that he had been abandoned. He has no claws (not our doing, promise!) and he likes to snooze a lot. He's talkative, a whiner sometimes and sometimes he give the very definite impression that he has a feline version of a potty mouth when he spits and hisses. He's not aggressive at all and likes to sleep with my parents, will even snuggle with me from time to time.
He's not a small cat, my guess he weighs in at about thirty pounds. He might have some Siamese in him, because he does have some lovely blue eyes. He gets along okay with our newish dog Katie though he still doesn't like her. I don't mind so long as their relationship is peaceable and it is. Franky also has lots of feline companionship.
