Mischa is a tabby housecat, about two and a half years old. She is a very sweet and very aggressive kitty. She grew up alone under a dumpster in a gas station. She loves to play, although her idea of play involves drawing blood. My brother took this second picture the day after Hurricane Harvey hit us.
I suspect she was born about September first, 2016. I fell in love with her as she played in a very busy store parking lot. I finally had to use a landing net to get her, a most interesting encounter. She is a real darling but very bitey! I put in over three weeks in trying to coax her home with me. I got her Thanksgiving eve after I got tired of her running away. For a while that night I thought the cops would come get me, there was a lady giving me hell about the cat, who did not go quietly.
She just now grabbed half my ham sandwich and is eating it in a corner where I cannot get to her, glaring at me while she does so. What a little darling she is!
To our minds cats are insane. Their logic is not ours, their manner of affection bizarre. When we were all boarded up during the hurricane, Jango cried out all night Why? Why I no go out? Why? Why? Jinjur was very troubled by the storm, Mingo fell asleep, and Mischa spent the night stalking the others. What fun she had!
When the lizards are sunning themselves on a window, Mee-Mee throws herself against the glass trying to get one and torture it to death. Last night I took most of a cockroach from her as her idea of play is just too savage for me. I dislike roaches but it was a living creature and cannot help what it is. Mee-Mee was livid. When I pet her, she licks my fingers and then bites my wrist as hard as she can. Then she shrieks and runs off. She follows Mingo around and attacks him. He just cries out and lays there. As Jango died a while back he no longer has to endure her attentions.
She is a lot of fun and I love her very much!
