Meet Minkey, my Chocolate Point Siamese. Minkey is fourteen years old, and lives in Northern Ontario.
He can say my name very clearly, and has truly spectacular Siamese Kitty Fits. (For those of you have never owned a Siamese: That's where you ricochet round the room at the speed of light, touching everything except the floor, for no apparent reason... while making a hideous gargling sound, meant to Terrify the Enemy.) He enjoys his morning treat, and enjoys snuggling, attaching himself to my left shoulder while I go about my day, and he has his own blog, thesiamesecat.org.
His most spectacular feat was arranging a dead fieldmouse artistically on a drawing he had managed to pull onto the floor, while I was at art college. We called it his multi-media work.
