This is Esther Williams, just Esther for short. She came to live with us January 29 from the Spartanburg Humane Society. We went in to find a dog, and I made the mistake of going into the cat room. There was just something about this cat, shaped like a cement block. We left and I thought about her all afternoon - she had been in the shelter since October, and I was afraid of what her future held. My husband went back that day and filled out paper work for her and a black lab. She is somewhere between two and four years old.
She has such a unique personality and is a dainty little thing weighing in at 15 pounds. Her likes include head scratches, fake mice, fleece blankets, jingly-ball toys, and Easter decorations. Her dislikes include her dog sister, Isabelle, cat carriers, scratches that last too long, and most anything else.
