Angel Sandy, who was the love of my life, passed 5 years ago just before Thanksgiving of Kidney disease/failure and rapid onset dementia at the age of fifteen and a half. She was a tortoiseshell-point Himalayan, and was the sweetest softest companion for all those years. Her expression may not show it, but she was a dear, happy girl with a ready purr. She sent another nomination her earth sister April to me the following spring, six months later and I am so happy now too! I know Sandy sent April to me, certain mannerisms and characteristics are like Sandy is whispering in her furry ear.
