Rowdy is special because he just loves the camera and seems to pose for you. He loves to play with his brothers and sisters and he knows to play gentle with our kitten. Believe it or not, Rowdy is about 17 lbs and his sister (from the same litter) is about 6 or 7 lbs! He is very big for a young cat.
Rowdy was born on Easter ... we think. See, Easter Sunday we went to a family member's house for dinner. When we came home that night, his mom was frightened by my son and ran into her box. Then suddenly she started purring so I looked into the box and there were two little kittens nursing. One of them was Rowdy. When he was born he was about 2 inches long with a wedge shaped tail. Now he is about a foot and a half long and its only been year and a half since he was born!
Rowdy can't wait until we open that big tin of Cat Nip. He goes absolutly crazy over it! Sometimes he will start chasing my youngest daughter around the house and paw at her feet but he is not hurting her... just playing and she knows it. He can sense a can of cat food being opened from anywhere in the house. And when he hears it, he comes running and doesn't give his brothers and sisters a chance. (That's why he now has his own dish!) Rowdy isn't spoiled but you would think so by the way he looks!
