I'm Zan. My mom Susan named me after Tarzan. I was (still am) very active and loved to climb anywhere. I open cabinet doors to sleep inside, climb door frames, and open doors to get outside... when no one's watching. I can be very loving too, I try to be thankful for the great home I have. I scare off other cats trying to investigate my home. My vet says I'm the longest cat he's ever seen. I weighed in at 16 pounds. I'm a handsome fella too, as you see.
Zan has been a joy since I brought him home eight years ago. Zan loves to play and climb things. When he was a kitten, he'd climb valances and shower curtain rods. He still tries to climb the door frames when he's really wound up. Zan has been known to unlock a door and open it.
We recently visited the vet. He's very healthy. The vet said he's the longest cat he's ever seen! At Zan's weight, you know when he's moving around the house. He stretches the length of the coffee table on his back so he can have his belly scratched.
Zan is a talker too. He's very vocal and lets you know when he wants attention. Zan's a wonderful companion.
