Phoenix was adopted at the Humane Society of Winter Garden in Orlando. We picked her out among a group of other small, tousled looking kittens. At the time we thought she was a male, which was what we thought we preferred. It wasn't until after we bought her and took her to the vet that they told us she was a little girl! But there was no turning back now, she had won us over.
She was only about six weeks when we got her and sooo tiny! She loves to cuddle and sit on our shoulders, when we put her down she runs straight over to shimmy up our pant legs until we hold her. Its been about two weeks since we first got her and she is finally starting to put some meat on her little bones, she is actually developing a little belly! She loves to lay like a baby in my arm and have her little [or not so little!] belly rubbed. We think she may be a Tortoiseshell because of her multi-colored fur. She may be young and small, but she can play with the best of them! She loves to stalk and pounce, taking short naps in between her games. We adore her!
