We met Dodge at a shelter we volunteered for. He was always on his best behavior and tried hard to get our attantion. Dodge especially liked jumping up on our backs while looking all cute and cuddly.
After long considerations we finally decided to give him a home and the minute he was in the door, he showed his true colors. His nicknames, BratBoy and "Master of the Universe" say it all.
It is wonderful to have a cat with such personality. Dodge likes to tease the dog, Sadie, but they will also sleep peacefully together on the bed. Dodge is also very helpful. He especially likes helping Daddy work on computers, helping us change the bedsheets and helping Mommy keep her desk clean (I find my things in the oddest places, his favorite place to put things is in my shoes).
Of course even the "Master of the Universe" has a soft spot and Dodge is a bit of a Mommy's boy. He spends a lot of time on the back of my chair and sleeps with us in the bed.
