My cat Asrieal is the sweetest little ball of fuzz! He has many nick names given to him by different family members (Ding Dong for being so silly and bouncing off the walls-literally, Ozzy Osborne-my mom's favorite, and fuzzy bunny) he is easily everyone's favorite pet. Sometimes we all think he should have been a bunny or a dog for he hops around like a rabbit and has a rabbit's fuzzy rear and stub tail and follows me wherever I go (he's a mama's boy!). He's one of the few cats in this world that likes to be held and snuggled for hours.
My boyfriend brought Asrieal home one night from an elderly ladies home in De Funiak Springs, he was a mess. He was kept outdoors, he was totally wild and not used to humans. He had many health problems, but we nursed him back to health and now he's the most rambuncious, spoiled, and loved little kitty this side of Florida! I am very glad to have such a sweetheart as Asrieal, he keeps me laughing with his fighting with the recliner or anything that moves and is perfect company on a sad day. Oh, and he likes to sleep in the oddest places! HIs talents are opening cabinets and flicking light switches.
This e-mail was initially composed a few months ago. Since then, Asrieal came down with severe Leukemia (kitty cancer). After many treatments and a blood transfusion, there was nothing else I could do, I had to let him go. He will be dearly missed, but I know he's happy in kitty heaven.
