Hi! My name is Twiggy! I live in Prairie Village, Kansas and am a former show cat. I am an American Shorthair silver tabby. My mom says I am cute as a button and my grandma calls me a diva! I am 4 years old and my furever family adopted me when I was 2 years old. When I first came to my furever home, I refused to come upstairs. Finally, on Christmas eve, I came upstairs for the first time.
What's special about me is that I "have kittens" every day. What that means is I carry these puffballs my mommy got for me upstairs and then meow super loudly. My daddy calls it "screaming." The reason I do this is because I had kittens when I was younger. However, they were taken away after birth, and I haven't seen them since. Please don't bring it up!
I am a real cuddler and not the least bit shy. I make friends with everyone who visits, including the internet technician, plumber, etc. I love sleeping on soft things, but I've also been known to sleep on file folders to be close to mommy when she's working. I like to supervise daddy while he's making dinner, especially when he's cooking fish. When I want attention or think it's time to feed me I make noise by chewing on plastic or running through the house really fast. I also like tissue paper and might or might not be the one who tore up mommy's sewing patterns. I'm also an explorer. Twice I snuck into the garage, and once was stuck in there overnight! I also was curious one day and ended up stuck behind the stairs! Please don't bring it up!
My family takes great care of me. I spend lots of time with my cat buddy, Emmett, and love that Joe stays up late so I have someone to hang out with when I'm roaming at night. I share the house with another animal, my brother Logan. He's a Black Labrador, and he always lets me have my way. If I want to drink from his water bowl he backs away and lets me. But more about me. This is about me. Everything's about me, and only me.
