Michael lives across the road, his owners told us they adopted him from a cat rescue centre here in Dublin, he's still a bit wild and likes to be out mostly.
He started to visit us about a year ago. We made the mistake of giving him a tin of sardines and then he came every day demanding the same, we eventually settled for "Dreamies" a popular snack for Cats here in Ireland, he likes to come, have a snack and water then lies outside in the sunshine.
It's always lovely to see him, he'll come up to us to be stroked, gives us a friendly head butt and then does the rounds on this road. He's quite busy visiting a few people, he's very popular, no doubt because he's a very handsome cat.
There were two ginger cats on the road, another rather large one called Zach who sadly died from natural causes before Christmas. His owner up the road was devastated, he'd had Zach for 12 years. Michael, though, soon introduced himself, he now gets regular snacks there too and even has a bed to lie down on if he so chooses.
Other neighbours have mentioned how much they love to see Michael, he's one very happy Cat here that's for sure!
