We always need more animals to be Cat of the Day!
To nominate your cat, (it's free)
send the following information to Pet@PetoftheDay.com.
|
1) E-mail us clear pictures of your cat.
Please use JPEG (JPG), PNG, or Photoshop's format.
We prefer large colorful images.
If you have many photos please send them all, we may use a several of them. If you already have the files online somehere, you can send links to them on instagram, imgur, deviantArt, YouPic, or wherever they are!
We prefer large colorful images, so make you send the original image, not a thumbnail that is reduced in both size and quality! If you have a movie or sound file please attach that too or include a link to them (from site such as YouTube).
|
2) Include the following information:
Cat's name,
Cat's age,
Cat's breed, if known
Cat's city/state/country of residence.
You do not have to indicate your city or state if you are uncomfortable sharing this information.
And the most important - and fun part - Tell us what makes your cat special!
If you are having trouble thinking of what to write about your cat, here are some questions: Is it your first cat of this kind? How did you decide to get him or her? Does it know any tricks or have any games it likes? Does is like being brushed or prefer to do its own grooming? Is it more affectionate, or an independent sort?
Do not be afraid to write "too much," as our website is a place where it is not only acceptable, but encouraged to "go on and on" about your cat. In fact, in terms of both photos and text, the more the merrier!
|
3) Include your email address.
If your kitty is selected, we will email you so that you know which day is your cat's special day. We will not give your email address to anyone else. Please be sure that your email address is correct so we can contact you. If you have any questions, please email us at Pet@PetoftheDay.com.
You can also include Twitter handle, or a Facebook link - any way we can reach you!
