We
found Moon as an adult when she was 2/12 and she's very special as my
husband wanted to buy a breed and I wanted to get a rescue cat, Moon is both,
so it's a happy compromise. And she is not tetchy, that is her natural
expression, and we love her sweet face.
She's not a lapcat and is quite independent, but loves a good tummy rub in
bed in the morning and will sit purring next to you for hours on end. She's
fond of chasing her toy mice around the house and, very occasionally, she'll
play fetch like a dog.
She is mostly an indoor cat, but loves racing into our backyard, leaping onto
a log and using it as her scratching post. She also loves sniffing around the
herb garden and watching the sparrows and silver eyes in the trees. We love our Moon!
