Lenore is very cute, cuddly, and playful! Her name comes from the Edgar Allen Poe poem "The Raven." She likes to ride on shoulders and curl up on laps. She's a bit needy, and likes to meow plaintively if you don't pay her enough attention or if you leave her be.
She can be a bit mischievous and likes to get into things that she's not supposed to (she picks through the trash and brings out stuff she likes). Once she fished a potato chip out of the trashcan, brought it into the living room and took a bite out of it, and left the rest there! She also likes to sleep in the napkin basket on the coffee table.
Lenore stole a little stuffed lion out of my things and it's now her favorite toy. She carries it around with her and tosses it all over the place, it's really adorable. When I first met her she crawled all over me in the shelter, so I knew I had to take her home! I love her so much, and I'm very happy that she's mine!
