Our neighbor had a lot of cats at one point, and they kept breeding, so two of my older sisters got a pair of kittens from her. One died several months later, so we're left with this boy, Half N' Half.
Many things make him special. These include his need to snuggle wherever he knows one of his owners is going to sit, the fact that he is a cat, understanding his owners' emotions, and that he is the biggest cat we (family) own (he IS part Maine Coon). He was actually an outcast among his fellow cats once or twice because the cats who had kittens didn't like him. Perhaps because his size? Anyway, I think that might have made him a bit more clingy than every cat other than our Sirius.
He doesn't know any tricks, but he likes strings and (of course) laser pointers. He usually just meows when he's hungry or is shoved unceremoniously from a chair he stole when someone got up for a minute. He's happy to snuggle with anyone, no matter what time it is, and he likes going outside. He's easily frightened by the other cats, despite his size. Also, he tends to curl up on people's beds - another cuddly factor.
One of the pictures is him standing by the yurt mom built in the back yard, and another is from winter, obviously. And of course, every cat should have a silly photo, so I decided that it would be perfectly fine to have a picture of him looking evil as the wind blows in his face!
