Princess Sophie was brought to us by a door-to-door Kirby vacuum saleslady who found her by the side of the road, sick and starving, and asked if we could take her in. We are not sure exactly how old she is, probably six to eight weeks old now. We've nursed her back to health and now she's a lively, affectionate kitten who even our reserved older cat, Kipling, has grown fond of. Her fur is almost rabbit-soft and as she's a medium-hair, might just stay that way.
Sophie's pretty silent, hardly ever mews. The only time she vocalizes is when she's play-fighting with our other cat and he nips her a bit too hard. She enjoys playing with string and loves being held and petted. She love sitting by the fire, too. We are so glad we answered the door that day!
