We found Max in the bushes in the front of our house on September 15, 2016. My daughter and I coaxed him out with some treats. He wasn't all that willing at first but we eventually snagged him. He had a terrible gash on his mouth with an awful odor which probably came from living outdoors for his early days. Our vet told us he wasn't sure if it would ever heal completely, but our little guy proved him wrong. With antibiotics and some TLC, he's as good as new!
According to our vet, he was about seven weeks old when we found him. He quickly became a memuber of our family. Max loves to play with sparkly cat toys and can't get enough balls of yarn. Some mornings I wake up with yarn on my bedcovers from one end to the other. He must be having a blast at night while the rest of us are sleeping, haha!
He likes people a lot, and is especially fond of my two grandchildren (five and six hears old). They became fast friends! He has a very affectionate personality and loves kisses, especially when he wakes up and wants to eat his breakfast! He has his favorite lounging spots and purrs like a motor boat. He loves to tease our four-year-old female, Bettywhite, who is none to thrilled with him but how could we turn this little cutie away? We always have room in our home and hearts for one more.
