This was my Baby Boy, Max! He was the love of my life. Sadly he went over to the Rainbow Bridge on August 16th after a heart attack and blood clot. He was in the prime of his life, only 9 years old. Born February 02/20/2009, he was a championship caliber Ocicat, but he was always a pet. The king of our household and his brothers and sisters. He had the biggest heart and the most love to give of any cat I have known and I have known many cats in my 70+ years . He was born in West Virginia but came to live and love with his family in North Charleston, SC. He loved all his brothers and sisters but saved his most special attachment for his little Oriental sister Coco.
He never met a stranger and was always willing to help anyone who came by for a visit or if they came to do repairs around his home. Everyone fell for Max , even so-called dogs only people. He was full of energy and mischief, always playing with toys or his family. He would occasionally be a lap cat when it suited him and he shared his deepest love in those moments.
He will be in our hearts forever.
