Butter comes from a sad past. A friend had a bunch of strays living around her and found this little one born in an old chicken coup they owned. They were moving soon and didn't want to leave this little fluff-ball behind. So, I was asked to take her in. When I first saw her, she was nothing but fur. She was so small, even after a month, able to fit into the palm of my hand. She had siblings, but neither of them made it through the birth.
Now, she lives with a dog and another cat. The black cat hated her at first, but soon he became a father figure to her. He taught her his rules, how to play, and sadly how to jump onto the counters. She daily runs around with him, chasing him and enjoying the bigger cat's company.
She may be playful, but she also loves to sleep. Most of my pictures are those of her curled into a ball. She'll sleep just about anywhere, but mostly she enjoys my bed or any soft blankets.
She's recently become quite the star on Deviantart. I've posted tons of pictures of her and many people have favorited them and commented, loving this young and cute tuxedo cat.
She's always loving and shows a lot of affection, begging to be pet when she can. She follows myself and my mom around everywhere, even outside. She also loves our guests and likes to sleep on their laps.
