This is our sweet Millie. She crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on February 2, 2018 to join her litter mate Mollie. Millie was one of a kind as she did things her way. After losing Mollie two years ago, we focused on spoiling Millie Girl even more. Millie wasn't one to play many games. She would chase a laser dot for a minute or two and then lay down and demand that the laser come to her. Her daily routine started with a brushing by Dad, a nap in the sunshine, and then to Mom's lap for lots of girl time together.
Our kitty Millie passed that Friday at our vet's office. She was experiencing a respiratory issue when I rushed her to the veterinarian at 8:00 in the morning. Since she was always a hand full at the vet's office, she was given some gas, x-rays and blood work were taken. Her lungs were full of fluid and the fluid was drawn. It was cancer. My wife and I were heading to see her when we got a call that she had passed. We loved her dearly. We would like to think that Millie had a wonderful life and is now enjoying herself with Mollie and is free of any pain.
