Riley is a truly amazing cat. He is so cuddly by coming up in the mornings and loving on you. He likes to lay in the sun and stretch out on chair. He enjoys sitting on top of the fish tank and watching the fish swim back in forth. He puts his paw in the water and then licks the water off of it to get a drink. He can be so funny! At times, I find him on top of the shower, in the bathroom, and when the lady is up for the holidays he likes to climb up on that and walk around and help with the decorations. He likes to sit on my boyfriend's wheelchair while he drives it around the house. He likes to play outside in the yard chasing bugs, grasshoppers and watch frogs jump in the pond.
When you are sad, Riley is able to sense that, because he climbs up on the bed and lays with you to make you feel better. I always tell myself that he is my alarm clock, he stays in a room all night so when you let him out in the morning he is very affectionate. But, I have gone in that room and said good night, and I tell him that he needs to come in and snuggle at like 9am, and he comes in there and wakes me up. It's so adorable. Also, when he goes outside, if he is whining at the door to come in or he is cold he gets very affectionate and comes in the room meowing! (indicating that he wants love).
